Systems like Flock’s can also identify vehicle details, including make, model, color, and distinguishing features like bumper stickers. Those sightings can be searched and shared across law enforcement networks, creating a record of where a vehicle has been.
You don’t have to be suspected of anything to end up in the system. You just have to drive past.
